Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement between you and JVNNI LLC; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls. What the service is

We configure and deploy an AI-based voice receptionist that answers inbound calls to your business, gathers information from callers, and routes or records those requests according to rules agreed with you. The service depends on third-party telephony and AI voice infrastructure that we do not own or control.

What the service is not

• It is not an emergency service. It must not be presented to callers as a substitute for emergency services, and callers with a genuine emergency should be directed to the appropriate emergency number.
• It does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice to your callers.
• It is not guaranteed to answer or correctly handle every call. Telephony outages, provider incidents, poor line quality, and unusual caller requests can all cause failures.

Fees and payment

Implementation is $1,500 as a one-time fee. Ongoing management is optional and starts from $500 per month, with the exact figure quoted during onboarding based on call volume and the number of call flows. Third-party telephony and AI usage charges are billed by those providers at their own rates and are not included in our fees. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, services, hours, and routing preferences, and tell us when they change.
• Confirm you have authority over the phone number being forwarded to the service.
• Comply with the laws that apply to your calls, including call recording, consent, and telemarketing rules in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located.
• Review and approve the configured call flow before launch, and keep a human escalation path available for urgent matters.

No performance guarantees

We make no guarantee of increased revenue, recovered calls, booked appointments, conversion rates, or any other business outcome. Any figures shown on this website, including the missed-call calculator, are arithmetic illustrations based on values you enter and are not projections, representations, or warranties of results.

Intellectual property

JVNNI LLC retains ownership of its tooling, templates, prompts, and configuration methodology. You retain ownership of your business content, your customer data, and the lead records generated for your business.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public business information and use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and the service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JVNNI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunity, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Termination

Optional management may be cancelled by either party in line with the notice period in the services agreement. We may suspend the service for non-payment or for use that is unlawful or that creates risk for us or our providers.

Governing law

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
