Privacy Policy
Last updated September 10, 2026
This policy explains what information JVNNI LLC collects through this website and through the 24/7 AI Receptionist service, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
This page describes the current practices of JVNNI LLC and is provided for information only. It is not legal advice. If you have a question about how it applies to you, contact us at support@jvnni.com.
Information we collect
We collect information in two distinct contexts.
- From this website. When you submit the demo request form we receive the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, type of business, approximate monthly call volume, current phone system, and your description of your missed-call challenge.
- From the receptionist service, on behalf of our clients. When a client engages us, the AI receptionist handles calls placed to that client’s business. Information provided by those callers — such as name, phone number, service requested, and address where relevant — is collected for the client and made available to them.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to a demo request or enquiry you have submitted.
- To scope, configure, test, and support an implementation you have purchased.
- To carry out our contractual obligations to a client whose calls we handle.
- To comply with legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Call recording and transcription
Whether calls are recorded, transcribed, and retained — and for how long — is configured per client, and recording laws vary by state. Where recording is enabled, the client is responsible for ensuring appropriate notice or consent is given to callers, and we will help configure a disclosure in the greeting. If you are a caller who wishes to know how a specific business handles recordings, contact that business directly.
Service providers
Delivering the service requires third-party infrastructure — telephony, speech and language processing, hosting, email, and customer-records tooling. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. [LIST OF SUBPROCESSORS AND THEIR PRIVACY POLICIES TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH.]
Retention
Website enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to follow up and to keep ordinary business records. Client call data is retained according to the retention period agreed with that client. [SPECIFIC RETENTION PERIODS TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE LAUNCH.]
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and every marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. [APPLICABLE-LAW DISCLOSURES TO BE COMPLETED WITH COUNSEL.]
To make a request, email support@jvnni.com. We will verify your identity before acting on it.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
